deepc is seeking an operationally strong Partner Manager based in Munich to turn partnership strategy into consistent execution. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role builds and runs the processes, content, data and cross-functional coordination that enable prioritized partners to become operationally ready, commercially active and successful at scale.

The role supports implementation and Enterprise-Tier Business API partner-customers across their post-signature lifecycle. It owns repeatable onboarding, enablement and certification; coordinates partner-facing materials; maintains accurate partner data; and serves as the day-to-day operational point of coordination for partner activation and recurring enablement.

This is an execution and operations role within the Partnerships function. The Head of Partnerships retains accountability for partner ecosystem strategy, portfolio prioritization and tiering, commercial contribution, supplier strategy and economics, strategic negotiations, and executive reporting. The Partner Manager translates those priorities into reliable partner experiences and measurable operating outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Lifecycle & Enablement Operations

  • Operate the partner lifecycle from signed agreement through onboarding, enabled, active, review and, where directed, maintain or exit mode.
  • Translate the partner tiering and prioritization decisions set by the Head of Partnerships into proportionate onboarding, enablement and service levels.
  • Define and maintain operational readiness criteria by partner type, including required training, documentation, systems access, commercial materials and escalation paths.
  • Create repeatable onboarding plans, checklists, timelines, ownership maps and handover templates.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, remove operational blockers and **escalate** material commercial, technical or ownership risks to the Head of Partnerships.

2. Partner Certification, and Content

  • Build and maintain modular, repeatable, and scalable partner playbooks covering deepc positioning, workflows, qualification, ways of working, opportunity registration, handoffs, support boundaries and escalation routes.
  • Coordinate training and certification with Product, Clinical Apps, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory/QMRA and other subject-matter experts.
  • Ensure partners have current, approved commercial and product materials appropriate to their region, partner type and level of readiness.
  • Operate certification programs and keep curricula aligned with product releases, workflow changes and regional requirements.
  • Track partner participation, certification, content usage and follow-up actions; identify inactive or under-enabled partners for review.
  • Maintain the partner enablement content roadmap based on portfolio priorities and recurring partner needs.
  • Help define requirements for partner portals, documentation repositories, learning resources and other self-service capabilities that reduce manual support.

3. Business API Partner-Customer Activation & Support

  • Confirm that commercial terms, workflow scope, technical requirements, dependencies, support model, stakeholders and success criteria are documented before activation of an Enterprise-Tier Partner-Customer begins.
  • For the avoidance of doubt: Not Enterprise-Tier Partner-Customers will follow a self-service model.
  • Coordinate onboarding across Product, Engineering, Services, Clinical Apps, Regulatory/QMRA, Finance and Customer Success as required.
  • Maintain activation plans, readiness checks, decision logs and open-issue tracking through go-live and transition into steady-state partner management.
  • Capture recurring questions and operational learnings to improve API documentation, enablement resources, support packages and the partner portal.

4. CRM, Reporting & Partner Data Governance

  • Maintain accurate partner records in CRM, including category, tier, lifecycle stage, ownership, onboarding status, certification, activity and linked opportunities.
  • Support consistent attribution of partner-sourced, partner-influenced and partner-enabled opportunities in collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards for onboarding, enablement, activity, escalations and partner readiness.
  • Prepare portfolio inputs and data for partner reviews, QBRs and leadership reporting led by the Head of Partnerships.
  • Identify data gaps, inactive partners and process exceptions; drive corrective actions with the relevant owners.

5. Partner Support & Operational Escalations

  • Serve as the first operational coordination point for partner issues and ongoing enablement.
  • Triage requests into self-service, standard support, paid or premium support, or executive escalation according to the agreed service model.
  • Coordinate internal owners, deadlines and partner communications for cross-functional issues; maintain visibility until resolution.
  • Track recurring issues and recommend improvements to process, documentation, training or support packaging.

6. Cross-Functional Operating Cadence

  • Run the recurring operational cadence for priority partner onboarding, enablement, activation and issue management.
  • Coordinate deliverables across Partnerships, Sales, Head of New Business, Marketing, Product, Clinical Apps, Engineering, Services, Regulatory/QMRA, Legal, Finance, RevOps and Customer Success.
  • Clarify owners, dependencies, deadlines and handoffs; elevate decisions that require strategic, commercial or resource trade-offs.
  • Support selected partner business reviews and launch activities with performance data, readiness checks and action tracking.

Success Measures

Partner Activation & Readiness

  • Time from signature to onboarding completion, enablement and commercial or operational activation.
  • Percentage of priority partners meeting defined readiness criteria on schedule.
  • Business API partner-customers handed over and activated with complete requirements and no unresolved ownership gaps.

Enablement Quality & Adoption

  • Training and certification completion rates for relevant partner audiences.
  • Usage and currency of partner playbooks, materials, documentation and self-service resources.
  • Partner and internal stakeholder satisfaction with onboarding and enablement.

Operational Discipline

  • CRM completeness and accuracy for partner lifecycle, attribution, activity and opportunity linkage.
  • Partner escalations resolved within agreed ownership and response expectations.
  • Reduction in recurring manual requests, duplicated work and onboarding friction.

Commercial Impact

  • Growth in commercially active partners and partner-sourced, partner-influenced and partner-enabled pipeline or ARR.
  • Enablement activity demonstrably connected to pipeline progression, bookings, market access or partner retention.
  • Low-output partners and activities surfaced promptly for maintain or deprioritize decisions by the Head of Partnerships.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel operations, sales enablement, customer onboarding, commercial operations or partner management in MedTech, healthcare IT, SaaS, platform or infrastructure businesses.
  • Proven ability to design and operate repeatable onboarding, enablement, certification or lifecycle processes across multiple partner types or markets.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate deliverables across commercial, technical, clinical and regulated functions.
  • Experience maintaining CRM data, dashboards, operational metrics and process documentation; Salesforce experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex product, workflow and commercial information into clear partner-facing guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and ownership; comfortable managing parallel workstreams in a fast-moving international environment.
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgment about when to standardize, when to retain and where additional partner support is justified.
  • Comfort holding partners and internal stakeholders accountable to agreed actions and deadlines.
  • Mandatory to speak the German language.
  • Candidates based in Munich are will be prioritised.

Preferred

  • Experience in radiology, medical imaging, healthcare AI, PACS/RIS, clinical workflow software or another regulated healthcare technology environment.
  • Familiarity with API-based, platform, usage-based or partner-led commercial models.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, implementation partners, technology vendors or enterprise partner-customers.
  • Understanding of healthcare IT concepts such as PACS, RIS, DICOM, clinical workflows and cloud deployment.
  • Familiarity with MDR, FDA or medical-device software documentation requirements.
  • Additional languages relevant to deepc's core markets.
