This role involves supporting key processes and requires someone who can work efficiently both in a team and on their own. We value openness, honesty, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.Your responsibilities with us are:General workplace logistics and operational support: Includes visitor management, event and meeting setup, catering coordination, and amenity provisioningGlobal onboarding and offboarding support: Covers logistics, fulfilment, and troubleshooting across locationsOperational support for global employees and teams: Delivered via multiple channels, including Slack, email, and the internal Jira ticketing systemProject management and coordination: Focused on small initiatives and support team members with their projectsGlobal hardware inventory management: Tracking, preparation, and logistics for IT equipment and workplace devicesMail services: Handling, distribution, and coordination of incoming and outgoing company mailKnowledge management: Creation and maintenance of internal process documentation in ConfluenceWe are looking for a committed individual with good German and very good English skills. German is essential for vendor management, as communication with external partners is often conducted in German.
