About the role We are seeking a Head of Engineering to take charge of our technology initiatives and guide a small, experienced engineering team.
In this role, you will define the technical strategy, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure continuous delivery.
You will work closely with our founders and product leaders while also being hands‑on when challenges arise.

Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
