IT Support Specialist - 1st Level (f/m/d)

Your mission

• You are the first point of contact for customers, take calls and tickets and prioritize them independently.
• You are committed to solving underlying problems.
• You forward complex issues to our level 2 experts.
• You ensure that problems are resolved quickly and in a customer-friendly manner.
• You maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and issues in our ticket system.
• You provide excellent customer service and show empathy in supporting customers.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee.
• You speak English and German at C1 level.
• You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization.
• You have a strong service mindset, and customer-centered, independent and solution-oriented work is important to you.
• You work with a hands-on mentality.
• You seek to join a company that values participation and encourages initiative.
