Your mission

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with all IT-related questions.
  • You are the expert in providing technical support for macOS and iOS within the team.
  • You receive customer inquiries in the form of tickets and calls and respond to them independently, effectively, and solution-orientedly.
  • You work closely with the 1st Level Team, providing assistance in handling customer inquiries and sharing your knowledge.
  • You contribute your experience with Mobile Device Management systems, Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, software and hardware support within the team.
  • You support the continuous optimization and automation of the ticket system and work processes.
  • You collaborate closely with the IT Operations Team, assisting in the technical integration of our product for new customers and serving as a technical contact person.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or have further developed yourself through professional qualifications to become a system administrator.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in technical support focusing on macOS and iOS.
  • You have experience working with ticket systems and in direct contact with customers.
  • You enjoy being in direct contact with customers, are empathetic, patient, able to explain complex technical topics in simple terms, and have a strong service mindset.
  • You take pleasure in new challenges and in finding effective and creative solutions to complex problems.
  • You work independently and solution-orientedly.
  • You are a true team player, sharing your knowledge and willingly supporting your colleagues in problem-solving and further development.
  • You are curious and enjoy learning about new technologies, and together with the team, you aim to revolutionize IT support with modern technology.
  • \“Apple Certified Support Professional\“ or \“Apple Device Support and Apple Deployment and Management\“ is a plus.
