Your mission

• Provide leadership to the IT support team, ensuring a cooperative and productive work environment
• Plan and develop a high-performing team, covering all relevant IT areas, by managing the recruitment process, creating development plans, and implementing comprehensive training programs
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, meeting KPIs, and maintaining SLAs while addressing customer issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
• Drive performance management by setting clear KPIs, monitoring team performance, and identifying areas for improvement through regular reporting and trend analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, continuously optimizing processes, and integrating new tools that align with industry standards and enhance team performance

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years\‘ experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated proficiency in people management and leadership
• Strong technical expertise and experience with mobile device management systems, Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, software and hardware support
• Proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams in dynamic environments
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
