Senior Data/AI Engineering Consultant (German-Speaking)

What You’ll Do:
- Consult & Advise: Be a thought leader, guiding clients through their digital transformation with Data Products and Data Mesh expertise.
- Engineer & Innovate: Build robust data pipelines, ML/LLM integrations, and end-to-end systems using DataOps , MLOps , and DevOps .
- Analyze & Design: Identify client needs and craft tailored solutions with reliability, scalability, and automation in mind.
- Develop Concepts: Shape innovative blueprints for Reliable Data Products and Efficient Data Meshes.
- Lead & Share: Take ownership, present results, and collaborate actively with internal and client teams.
What You Bring:
5+ years as a Data or Software Engineer focused on data and ML systems.
Expertise in platforms like Snowflake , Databricks , AWS , Azure , or MS Fabric (certifications are a plus!).
Proficiency in:
- Programming (Python, Java, or similar)
- Distributed systems (Hadoop , Spark )
- SQL/NoSQL databases
- Cloud services, APIs, microservices
- Containers (Docker , Kubernetes )
Strong understanding of Data Mesh, DataOps, and Reliability Engineering.
Experience in client-facing roles with a passion for solving real-world challenges.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
Swiss/EU/EFTA work permit.
