Our client is a fast-growing, specialist AI consultancy with a team of around 40+ people. They deliver AI projects for large corporates, mid-sized companies, international organizations, and the public sector. Their approach is to identify a client’s most pressing problems, solve them quickly with working prototypes, and then help the client build lasting AI capability. They are well regarded in the market and have the ambition to lead AI consulting in Europe.
The role
You will lead AI projects from the first idea through to full integration, keeping them aligned with agreed goals and scope. You will be the main point of contact for clients and drive collaboration across functions and organizational boundaries. You will also help shape the company as it grows, both internally and externally, working with clients from corporates and mid-sized businesses to NGOs, scale-ups, unions, and public institutions.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience managing projects end to end with a focus on tangible results, in consulting, tech, or a related field (a background at a large consultancy is ideal)
- Solid understanding of, and project experience in, AI and machine learning
- Hands-on experience designing and running workshops, trainings, and enablement sessions
- The ability to build trust with stakeholders at every level
- Fast analytical thinking, comfort with tech fundamentals and tools, and a good head for numbers
- Comfort with ambiguity: you can make sense of loosely defined problems and structure them
- Strong written and spoken communication in German and English (C1 or higher)
- Willingness to travel to client sites about 50% of the time
