The Impact You'll Have

As a Senior AI Project Lead, you'll play a central role in helping clients successfully adopt AI technologies and embed them into their organisations.

You'll oversee the full lifecycle of client engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects remain commercially focused and deliver measurable outcomes.

Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you'll build trusted relationships, guide strategic discussions, and help translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Beyond project delivery, you'll contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy by helping shape delivery standards, mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and supporting the evolution of client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI and digital transformation projects from discovery through implementation and successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor throughout each engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical specialists, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and enablement programmes that help clients understand and adopt AI technologies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure projects remain aligned to agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery, client engagement, and internal collaboration.
• Contribute to business growth through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and the development of new service offerings where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced project leaders who combine commercial awareness with a genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

You’ll likely bring

• At least four years’ experience leading complex client-facing projects within consulting, technology, digital transformation, AI, data, or a related environment.
• Practical experience delivering AI or Machine Learning initiatives in real business settings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, training sessions, and collaborative working groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving ambiguous or complex business problems.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering measurable value for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (C1 level or above).
• A collaborative mindset, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites when required (approximately 50%).

Experience gained within management consulting, digital transformation, cloud technology, enterprise software, B2B Saa S, AI consulting, or similar professional services environments would be highly beneficial.
