Your tasks

As an IT Security Consultant with us, you will delve deep into the fascinating world of IT security and actively shape the future in collaboration with our information security team. 1. You will continuously maintain and develop our ISMS in accordance with the BSI standard.
2. You actively support risk management and help to optimize our SEITENBAU security concept.
3. You advise our teams on the creation of customized security concepts for customer projects.
4. You review and develop our security measures to ensure the highest standards.
5. You help design and implement our awareness program to promote security awareness within the company.
6. You support incident response and contribute to the efficient management of security incidents.

What you bring with you

1. A completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or a similar field (we are open to motivated and committed career starters or career changers).
2. Ideally, you have knowledge of common security management standards such as ISO, NIST and BSI, and certifications such as IT-Grundschutz Practitioner/Consultant or SSCP/CISSP are an advantage.
3. You are characterized by analytical thinking and a high willingness to learn.
4. You are detail-oriented, patient and have the self-discipline to develop and implement precise security solutions.
5. You are proactive, creative and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a team and with customers or stakeholders.
