To support our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager South to start as soon as possible.

In sales, you not only attract new customers but also represent our company in the market. You will engage with end customers, business partners, and distributors, participate in trade fairs as both an exhibitor and visitor, and develop deep insights and knowledge in your market segment. Your challenge is to not only listen to the customers but also read between the lines to find the perfect solution from our comprehensive product portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and excite new business partners and customers for our solutions.
- Simultaneously manage existing customers and partners, expanding the business further.
- If necessary, take on project management for acquired projects, supported by our support team, inside sales, and development.
- Coordinate your activities with your team leader and jointly develop an effective sales strategy.
- Present our solutions at multiple trade fairs annually and follow up on the leads generated there.
Your Profile:
- You have an affinity for technical products and possess several years of experience in selling technically demanding products and solutions.
- Ideally, you have experience and extensive knowledge in electronic access control systems and building security.
- You are proficient in standard office applications like Outlook and Word and are familiar with CRM systems.
- Multiple customer appointments per week and intensive travel are a given for you.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Your location is in eastern Germany.
