Requirements:
- Successfully completed training as a IT system electronics technician (m/f) or comparable experience
- Knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN switches, routers, etc.)
- Experience in the installation or operation and support of video conferencing solutions and conference technology
- First experience with WebEx, Cisco or Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Independent and conscientious work
- Pragmatic and goal-oriented thinking and strong service orientation
- Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.

- Support for video conferencing systems and media technology systems for one customer at one location.
- Maintenance, repair work and troubleshooting of media technology systems.
- Independent processing of support tickets with the support of central support.
- Regular communication with our customer’s team in English.
