DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives
- Coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing appropriate measures to address potential issues
- Preparing project plans, status reports, and documentation to maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Identifying opportunities to improve project processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall project performance
Requirements:
- Relevant academic degree and recognized project management certification- At least 4 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
- Experience in establishing PMO structures and project management standards
- Experience in coaching and supporting project teams
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
