Salesforce Solution Architect (m/f/d)

You oversee and take responsibility for the Salesforce landscape at DEKRA, with a holistic view on solutions in the area of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.

In addition, you advise the specialist departments and their globally active key users on optimization potential in the Salesforce system. You collaborate on further development of the Salesforce ecosystem with the global product owners and stakeholders within the global organization. You evaluate new Salesforce products and platform features and understand the business process as well as technical solution end-to-end. Further, you have in-depth know-how of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities to design a seamless user and customer experience. You architect secure and scalable solutions in Salesforce that meet the business requirements. Additionally, you ensure that the solution, and all customizations to the platform, meet best practices and DEKRA standards. On top, you accompany the implementation of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor´s degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration with corresponding IT and project management expertise.

Strong Salesforce platform know-how with a track record ideally in agile projects as well as the operation of complex landscapes. Agile methodology experience desirable. „Salesforce Certified“ certification desirable or several years of experience in the Salesforce environment. Very good presentation and moderation skills, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility. High decision-making and implementation skills. High level of commitment as well as convincing and professional appearance, proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Intrinsic motivation to stay up to date with new Salesforce technology. Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
