Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
- Strong expertise in Playwright automation testing.
- Proficiency in Python programming and automation framework development.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman.
- Experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
AI & LLM Testing
- Experience validating AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt testing, and LLM evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with Promptfoo or similar AI evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of hallucination detection, relevancy scoring, and response quality measurement.
AI-Assisted Development
- Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate test development and improve automation efficiency.
Agile Delivery
- Experience working within Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Participation in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
- Strong understanding of shift-left testing and continuous quality practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Playwright MCP or agent-based automation frameworks.
- Mobile automation experience using Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, or similar tools.
- Experience testing AI products, Generative AI platforms, or Copilot-based solutions.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing.
