Core Responsibilities
Product & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders across squads, technical leads, and business owners to elicit, validate, and document requirements — with enough precision that engineering can execute without repeated clarification.

Decompose complex problem statements into phased delivery increments, identifying the minimum viable scope that validates a hypothesis before full build.

Develop a deep domain understanding of BCG's knowledge management landscape, user research workflows, and AI capability gaps.

Partner with data curation workstreams to define metadata specifications, validate data quality, and ensure AI systems are consuming the right inputs.

Design and execute A/B tests and evaluation frameworks for AI agent performance, translating results into backlog decisions.

Collect and synthesize user feedback, usage data, and model performance signals to continuously refine agent behavior and product direction.

Maintain product documentation — feature specifications, user guides, release notes — using AI tooling to reduce documentation lag.
Project Management & Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery planning: scope, milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and dependency tracking across squads and workstreams.

Translate product roadmaps into sprint-level delivery plans with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.

Facilitate agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives — with a bias toward outcomes over process compliance.

Proactively surface risks, blockers, and scope changes with recommended mitigation paths — not just status reports.

Manage stakeholder communications at the right altitude: executives need signal, squads need clarity, not the same update.

Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between engineering, data, design, and business teams to ensure integration quality and reduce rework.

Support change management by aligning stakeholders on scope trade-offs and surfacing the cost of scope creep in delivery terms.
Collaboration & Leadership

Act as the bridge between business intent and technical execution — not a translator, but a participant in both conversations.

Facilitate product demos and milestone reviews with structured agendas, clear decision points, and actionable follow-ups.

Proactively unblock squad members rather than waiting for impediments to surface in stand-up.
-
Model intellectual curiosity: question assumptions, read technical documentation, and challenge the status quo constructively.
Qualifications
Required
-
5–8 years in product analysis, product management, or business analysis in an agile environment — ideally with at least one AI or data platform product in the portfolio.

PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner), CSPO, or equivalent product ownership certification required.

Direct experience querying and interpreting data in Snowflake and/or AWS RDS — reading tables, tracing lineage, and combining data sources to answer business questions independently.

Demonstrated ability to build LLM-assisted workflows or agents for at least one real business use case — not just prompt experimentation.

Experience with vector databases or semantic search infrastructure (Elasticsearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar) is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Figma or equivalent wireframing tools, with the ability to produce mid-fidelity mockups independently.

Strong requirements authoring a portfolio of stories and acceptance criteria that QA teams did not need to rewrite.

Proven cross-functional project management in an agile or hybrid delivery environment, including dependency management and stakeholder communication.

Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project tracking in Jira and Confluence.
Nice to Have

Additional delivery certifications (PMP, SAFe) valued but not required.

Experience in a management consulting or professional services environment.

Background in knowledge management, enterprise search, or research technology.

Exposure to API design, OAuth, or webhook-based integration patterns.

Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or data pipeline orchestration concepts.
