Role Overview

Are you passionate about the IT sector and looking to advance your career in technology sales? Then Dell Technologies is the right choice for you. We are looking for Inside Sales Account Executives as part of our team in Halle (Saale) to help grow our medium business segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop your customer portfolio regarding Dell Client Solutions (Desktops, Notebooks, Workstations, Tablets, Accessories), Enterprise Solutions (Servers, Storage & Networks), and associated services.
  • Actively manage existing and new customers with a focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Take responsibility for daily business tasks and projects using available resources, including field colleagues, certified Dell partners, and technical resources.
  • Focus on expanding newly acquired customers through the independent development of customer strategies and/or the expansion of existing customer portfolios.
  • Collaborate across all sales segments and different business areas to successfully execute projects and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training with initial experience in sales or a degree with initial sales experience with SMEs, large companies, public clients, or indirect sales through partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Good to very good sales skills.
  • Ability to act in a business-oriented manner and analyze data, with an interest in and knowledge of current trends in the IT B2B sector.
  • Very good German and good English skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office solutions and the CRM tool Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in selling client solutions and services.
