As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Scaffolding Team Leader to strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities Organise and supervise the assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding.
Manage a team of assemblers and ensure the proper distribution of tasks.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Check the conformity of installations before handing them over to the client.
Monitor the progress of sites in collaboration with management and other stakeholders.
Ensure the good condition of the equipment provided.
Your profile Proven experience in scaffolding (minimum 2 years), with experience as a team leader.
Good knowledge of current safety standards in Switzerland.
Organisational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
Ability to manage a team and make decisions on site.
Category B driving licence essential.
