Join a dynamic and agile subsidiary of Delta Plus Group, an international leader in personal protective equipment. As Head Office Manager, you play a key role in the day-to-day performance and development of the subsidiary. Acting as the interface between customers, local teams and Group support functions, you ensure an excellent customer experience while coordinating the operational and administrative activities of the site. Customer Service (60%) Manage customer orders, quotations and tenders in line with Group standards; Handle customer enquiries, complaints and documentation requests; Monitor order fulfilment, delivery schedules and customer satisfaction; Ensure the accuracy of customer and commercial data within ERP / CRM systems; Identify commercial opportunities and support the Sales Manager in business follow-up; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Site Operations Coordination (25%) Coordinate inventory monitoring and replenishment with Group Supply Chain teams; Act as the link between local teams and Group support functions; Coordinate external service providers and support site organisation; Ensure compliance with Group procedures and local requirements. Administrative Support reporting activities and ensure reliable administrative follow-up; Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales Manager. Your Profile At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Customer Service, Sales Administration or operational coordination; Experience within an SME, subsidiary or international environment; Good understanding of customer service processes and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and attention to detail; Experience in an industrial or distribution environment would be an advantage. Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is required.
