Your profile:

• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Proven experience as a Trade Floor Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of trade floor operations and technologies.
• Mandatory project management experience.
• Strong understanding of Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Incident, Problem, Configuration management and processes within ITIL.
• Strong understanding and skills in SLA, KPI Management.
• Preparation of IT Knowledge documents & SOPs on EUC and FSO processes and technical support.
• Should have knowledge on MS Office and Microsoft project.
• Fluent in German language proficiency and English is a plus.
