Erfahrung
3+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role, ideally within a SaaS environment. Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k3s or k8s), Linux administration, and virtualization (Proxmox). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline development, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code. Experience with backup solutions (Kasten, Velero) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, combined with a structured and organized way of working. Self-driven, responsible, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills. You communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and spoken. Fluent German would be an advantage.
