Field Service Engineer

Overview

Delve are currently working with a company who focus on supplying analytical equipment for multiple different industries who are looking for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer role would suit someone with a background in field service and enjoys working with analytical equipment.

Location: Remote with frequent travel throughout Germany and Europe.

The role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for meeting with customers on site to service and calibrate analytical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installation of analytical equipment at customer sites
• Training of customers on analytical equipment – operation and maintenance
• Report writing after customer visits

Travel

This role is a field-based position which requires frequent travelling to customers onsite 60% of the time.

Skills and experience

• Degree qualified or training as a service technician
• Good knowledge of analytical equipment
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Valid driving license is essential
• Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe with regular overnight stays
