We’re supporting an international semiconductor technology business in the search for a Finance Specialist to join its European finance team in Dresden. This is an opportunity to work within a highly advanced manufacturing environment supporting operations across Europe and Asia.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in managing the financial reporting and controlling activities for one of the company’s European entities, working closely with international stakeholders across multiple regions.
This is a broad finance role suited to someone who enjoys both accounting accuracy and commercial analysis — with exposure to monthly reporting, forecasting, planning, and cross-border collaboration within a global organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the general ledger for a European business entity
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packs
- Support financial controlling and month-end analysis
- Produce forecasting, planning, and management reports
- Partner with international finance and operational teams
- Contribute to process improvement and financial accuracy
- Work closely with European and global stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Strong Excel and MS Office capability
- Comfortable working with complex financial information
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach
- Team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
