We're partnering with a leading international Med Tech organisation to recruit a

Senior IT Specialist & Team Lead who will play a pivotal role in connecting advanced medical devices with modern hospital IT infrastructures while leading a small team of IT Specialists.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, medical technology and IT, supporting hospitals across Germany and Central & Northern Europe while acting as the technical lead for the department.

You'll combine customer‑facing implementation projects with people leadership, stakeholder management and strategic involvement across the business.

What can you expect?

• Lead and support a team of IT Specialists, providing technical guidance, mentoring and day‑to‑day leadership.
• Act as the technical representative for the IT department, participating in local management meetings and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Oversee the integration of advanced medical devices into complex hospital IT and network environments.
• Support complex customer implementations, software installations and technical troubleshooting across Germany and, where required, internationally.
• Work closely with Technical Service, Sales, Marketing and international colleagues to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
• Contribute to technical demonstrations, customer meetings and industry congresses, providing expert advice on IT integration and networking requirements.

We're looking for someone with

• A background in IT, System Integration, Network Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years' experience in a technical IT role, ideally including experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP and Windows Server environments.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WLAN infrastructures and supporting complex software implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent the department internally and externally.
• A customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Central and Northern Europe.
