Your Impact
You'll be Delvo's first dedicated People & Recruiting hire, a true founding role. You own everything from the first recruiting touchpoint to the moment someone walks in on their first day. Your main focus: people and recruiting.
What You'll Do
Recruiting (your #1 priority). Own our hiring engine end-to-end: sourcing, pipeline, candidate experience, offers, closing.
People Ops. Onboarding, contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. Help build high-performing teams through team design, goal-setting, and feedback culture.
Office. Own our office day-to-day and be one of the first faces new joiners and guests see.
Build your AI agent team. Set up agents as your first "hires" to handle sourcing, screening, and recurring workflows. We build agents for our customers, and we run on them ourselves.
Who You Are
2+ years in people ops, recruiting, or generalist operations.
Startup experience strongly preferred. Ideally you've been through the zero-to-one phase before: joining a company early, building processes from scratch, and figuring things out without a playbook.
A hands-on owner: organized, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information.
Warm and people-first: a recruiter at heart and the first face many people see.
Excited to work AI-native and build your own agent team.
Fluent in English and German.
