Assistant to the Landscaping Sector Manager, Permanent Contract, 100%
Your duties
As Assistant, you support the Landscaping Sector Manager particularly in supervising people eligible for integration (SeMo, AI) within the sector, carrying out external landscaping contracts and transporting participants.
- Co-supervise, train and support beneficiaries in their activities to develop their professional and personal skills, thereby promoting their re/integration into the labour market - Ensure the transport of beneficiaries (Nyon site – worksite, and vice versa) according to defined schedules and sector needs - Participate in landscaping work: earthworks, drainage installations, laying infiltration strips and layers, foundations, development of green roofs / flower beds / borders / lawns, cleaning parks and recreational areas, mowing lawns, weeding, hedge and tree pruning, etc. - Ensure that technical standards and guidelines regarding green spaces and landscaping are respected - Participate in the evaluation of beneficiaries with regard to set objectives - Keep informed of sector developments and professional training, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the sector - Act as deputy for the Landscaping Sector Manager in their absence - Supervise beneficiaries hosted in other sectors present on the Nyon site in the absence of the manager
