Your role and your tasks:
Join our People & Culture Team as an Intern and kickstart your career in HR while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative company.
- HR Operations & Projects
- Assist with onboarding of our Newbies
- Support with administrative tasks
- Collaborate on exciting projects in the areas of People Development and Operations.
- Reception & Office Management
- Be the friendly face of the office: welcome visitors, handle deliveries, and open doors.
- Support our Office Manager in maintaining a clean and functional workspace, including managing the dishwasher and restocking supplies.
- Assist in the organisation of workshops, team activities and company events.
- Oversee office supplies, place orders and coordinate with vendors.
Requirements

- You are enrolled at a university and looking for a mandatory internship for at least 5 months (full-time)
- You can start in February 2025.
- You are passionate about people topics, love connecting with others and making their experience better.
- You don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- You have the ability to organise work and prioritise tasks
- You consistently aim to get the best solution for the company and our people
- You understand people’s needs and approach challenges with kindness.
- You are fluent in English (any other language is a bonus).
