Your role and your tasks:
As a Sales Support Intern (m/f/x), you will support our E-Commerce Specialists in expanding our sales across Europe and LATAM. In your daily tasks, you will:
- Conduct market research and identify potential new prospects and understand their needs so you can add value to the conversation.
- Identify potential new prospects and understand their needs so you can add value to the conversation.
- Shadow Account executives for 1on1 training and personal development.
- Generate custom reports and analysis with the support of Account Executives to identify potential upselling opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the content success teams to understand critical trends of growth and actionable insights.
- Become a specialist in SaaS solutions sales & business development.
- Learn about the E-commerce landscape and shape your career in Sales or Customer Success.
Requirements

- You are doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or any related field and are looking to do your mandatory internship.
- You have excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- You are hungry for self-development which leads you to an execution-driven work ethic
- You are fluent in English and French, Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese.
- You possess overall outstanding verbal and written communication skills
