Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field 15+ years of experience in banking (preferably in corporate banking, project finance, or client-facing departments in the banking sector) Proven track record in relationship management with a strong understanding of corporate banking and cash management Strong experience in financial analysis and credit assessment Proven track record in team management and advanced managerial skills Advanced organizational and coordination skills Proactive, commercially minded, detail-oriented and analytic thinker Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish (German is a plus) Responsible tasks and the opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic environment Collaboration within a motivated, international, and highly skilled team Individual development and training opportunities Attractive benefits: staff canteen / meal subsidies, voluntary pension plan, employee discounts, hybrid work option, and more.
