Growth Marketing Expert (m/f/d)
In a freshly founded consumer startup in the dental care niche, you take on primary responsibility for one of our core tasks together with the founding team: marketing. We are a small team, lean on bureaucracy and offer plenty of room for ideas. www.dentson.tech
- Leading the launch campaign for our flagship product in Q1 27.
- Developing and regularly testing our marketing and branding strategy.
- Managing our Meta and Google Ads campaigns including campaign strategy.
- Creating and rapidly iterating ad visuals.
- Managing influencer and press cooperations.
- Designing and implementing our web presence (including SEO and GEO).
- Tracking customer purchasing behaviour and analysing the data.
- Building AI agents to automate frequent, repetitive tasks.
Your profile
- Training or degree in marketing or media (e.g. business, media management) or comparable practical experience.
- German at native level (C2) is required for this role.
- Prior experience in the areas described and with relevant tools is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who wants to learn with focus.
- You enjoy trying things out and developing unconventional concepts.
- Startup mindset: you can set priorities, work independently and feel comfortable in a lean environment.
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
