Service Launch Manager (m/w/d)

The Service Launch Manager is part of the global Customer Services Organisation and is based in Bensheim. The role plays a critical part in launching innovative products and services. A superb service experience is essential for high customer satisfaction and thereby for successful product launches.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

• Coordinating projects to launch new products and solutions, ensuring an excellent service operation in a complex environment at launch time.
• Working in a highly visible role with large influence on successful product launches and business growth.
• Developing and establishing a global service launch structure with cross‑functional team input for a broad range of products and solutions.
• Taking responsibility for managing the service launch and associated activities to meet launch deadlines.
• Continuously iterating the process in collaboration with the GBUs.
• Leading stakeholders within the launch process, fostering cross‑functional engagement of teams and commitment.
• Coordinating all launch‑relevant activities within the Customer Services Organisation.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Natural Sciences or a comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of international professional experience with proven success in project management, product management or release/launch management.
• Experience in the service sector with dental technology or MedTech.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and achieving remarkable results; experience in the service sector and in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with leadership level.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross‑functional team performance.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking and engagement in relevant discussions and decisions.
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills and strong entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent German and fluent English language skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide (as needed).
