We deliver many services, from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, data analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences. /p pFor our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Project Manager who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client. /p h3WHAT YOU’LL DO: /h3 ulliPlanning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones. /liliManage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the control of the relevant key figures in order to realize the project on time and in budget. /liliYou are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams. /liliWhen advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident and proactive manner. /liliUse your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting. /liliOn a day-to-day basis, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team, also across locations, and will be in regular, close contact with each other. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU BRING: /h3 ulliYou have at least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing agency-role or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment. /liliFluent in written and spoken German and English. /liliYou have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects. /liliYou already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira). /liliYou are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers. /liliDesign project plans with milestones and dependencies. /liliCreate re-briefings and document deadlines with clients. /liliWork independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility. /liliSee yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal. /li /ul h3WE OFFER /h3 ulliFlexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location); /lili25 days holiday with the opportunity to take unpaid leave; /liliFlexible health budget and Wellness personal day. /liliOccasional breakfast lunch at the office, Smoothie Tuesday. /liliStay happy and healthy with a contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform. /liliYou can choose to work from the spacious and barrier-free location in Zurich; in Bern you can expect a small but nice and fully equipped office where you can hit the keys in peace. /liliSocial events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations. /liliA reputation for doing good.
