Senior Digital Advertising Consultant (div / f / m)

This role is part of our Growth marketing team. We deliver end-to-end data-driven campaigns that foster creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for clients including eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany uniquely combines technology, creativity, and data to help our clients grow.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Digital Advertising Consultant at DEPT, you will work on campaign strategies and be responsible for their end-to-end delivery. With your business acumen, broad media knowledge, and results-oriented mindset, you can translate abstract client questions into effective campaign strategies and media plans. You will collaborate with specialists to ensure smooth delivery and to (over)achieve client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create innovative and efficient campaign strategies for our major clients, elevating our digital advertising efforts.
2. Develop long-term campaign strategies for clients.
3. Advise clients on optimal use of marketing channels.
4. Focus on paid media channels to develop effective campaign strategies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. At least 4 years of experience in Social Advertising, SEA, Display, or Affiliate marketing, with some experience in cross-channel consulting, preferably at a digital agency.
2. Ability to transform abstract client questions into specific campaign strategies and media plans.
3. Enjoy tackling challenges and solving complex problems to achieve the best results.
4. Bonus points for experience or interest in working with B2B clients.
5. Excellent command of English and German.
