As a User Researcher , you help product teams make confident, customer‑centered decisions by uncovering real user needs, motivations, behaviors, and opportunities. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on research to explore problem spaces, test hypotheses, and turn insights into action. In this role, you’ll work at the core of one of our key client teams, shaping how research contributes to the development of digital products and services. From exploring the adoption of AI technologies to enabling journey‑driven product thinking, you’ll bring clarity to complexity and structure to uncertainty. You’ll design and conduct studies, synthesize results, and make insights accessible and actionable for product managers, designers and other stakeholders. But you’ll also help evolve the research practice itself by refining methods, improving tooling, and championing user needs across the team. And you’ll do it all in a dynamic environment with some of the most talented people the industry has to offer.
