Global Senior Brand Manager (m/f/x) - Diabetes-associated diseases
What you can expect
- You will own the global brand strategy for a portfolio addressing diabetes-associated diseases.
- Developing and implementing an omnichannel marketing approach across all relevant channels falls under your responsibility.
- Pricing and revenue management topics, including international reference pricing (IRP), are actively steered by you.
- Existing assets are optimized by you with a focus on efficiency and sustainable growth, without necessarily relying on product novelty.
- Thinking beyond individual products toward portfolio-level growth is part of how you approach your role.
- Consistent brand management across regions and touchpoints is ensured by you.
- Collaboration with local teams and external partners is steered by you, including the associated budget planning.
- When needed, you will confidently represent your strategic positions to local teams while building workable alignment.
What you bring
- A degree in business administration or natural sciences forms the foundation of your profile.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (OTC, Rx), ideally in an international environment, are part of your track record.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and motivations, combined with consistent brand management across regions and touchpoints, rounds out your expertise.
- Mastery of the marketing mix is paired with experience designing and implementing omnichannel marketing approaches.
- Thinking beyond individual products toward portfolio growth is matched by experience launching products or product lines.
- Experience in pricing and revenue management, ideally including international reference pricing (IRP), is part of your background.
- Intercultural sensitivity and experience leading international teams are matched by confidence in managing external partners and controlling budgets.
- Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of MS Office are expected, as is willingness to take international business trips.
