Global Senior Brand Manager (m/f/x) - Food Supplements & Consumer Health
What you can expect
- You will own the global brand strategy for a portfolio spanning aging locomotor system and weight management, continuously evolving it to sustain growth.
- Innovation projects in these categories will be guided by you from concept through to launch.
- Identifying business opportunities and risks early and translating them into concrete strategic action will be part of your daily work.
- Consistent brand management across regions and touchpoints falls under your responsibility.
- Digital brand communication is actively shaped by you, including the use of AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness, analytics, and content development.
- Collaboration with local teams and external partners is steered by you, including the associated budget planning.
- When needed, you will confidently represent your strategic positions to local teams while building workable alignment.
What you bring
- A degree in business administration forms the foundation of your profile.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in brand marketing within the healthcare industry, ideally in an international environment, are part of your track record.
- Solid knowledge of the food supplement ecosystem paired with a strong understanding of consumer needs and motivations rounds out your expertise.
- Mastery of the marketing mix is combined by you with a specific focus on digital brand communication and the use of AI tools to boost effectiveness.
- Experience launching products or product lines, along with consistent brand management across regions and touchpoints, is something you bring to the role.
- Intercultural sensitivity and experience leading international teams are matched by confidence in managing external partners and controlling budgets.
- Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of MS Office are expected, as is willingness to take international business trips.
