Managing projects

• Attend various „project launch“ meetings and organize regular progress meetings for each project
• Implement an action plan for each project
• Set up and follow the work and activity schedule
• Ensure the project deadline and its respect with the “ Workpack „.

• Propose action plans to improve activities

Ensure compliance with regulations

• Advise his team and the client on regulations, malfunctions and activities,

Coordinate, lead and develop your team

• Ensure the proper application and compliance with safety rules and regulations

• Hold a successfully completed technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess relevant professional experience in project leadership or project management (Minimum 10 years‘ experience).
• Demonstrate initial leadership experience with teams.
• Proficient in management tools
• Exhibit excellent written and spoken proficiency in English (C1 level).
• German being a plus.
• Work in an independent, structured, and result-oriented manner, with strong communication skills.
