We are hiring an experienced private banker to move to the other side of the table as an Executive Search Consultant, conducting the final-stage evaluations of private banking talent as we scale our placement volume. What you'll do: Conduct in-depth interviews, via Zoom, with private banking Directors and Executives already sourced and shortlisted by our team Assess seniority-level candidates for fit, competency, and readiness ahead of placement with institutional clients Deliver clear, decisive evaluations that directly inform placement decisions What we're looking for: A background in private banking, as a relationship manager, market head, or in a comparable senior client-facing role 10-15+ years of experience Genuine, first-hand comfort operating alongside executives and senior decision-makers Fluent in English Compensation: 100% variable, uncapped, with progressive commission tiers per candidate placed.
