We are hiring an experienced private banker to move to the other side of the table as an Executive Search Consultant, conducting the final-stage evaluations of private banking talent as we scale our placement volume.What you'll do:Conduct in-depth interviews, via Zoom, with private banking Directors and Executives already sourced and shortlisted by our teamAssess seniority-level candidates for fit, competency, and readiness ahead of placement with institutional clientsDeliver clear, decisive evaluations that directly inform placement decisionsWhat we're looking for:A background in private banking, as a relationship manager, market head, or in a comparable senior client-facing role10-15+ years of experienceGenuine, first-hand comfort operating alongside executives and senior decision-makersFluent in EnglishCompensation: 100% variable, uncapped, with progressive commission tiers per candidate placed.
