Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Design and develop digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D
- Use authoring tools and software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to build interactive and multimedia-rich educational materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
- Optimize content for various platforms and devices, ensuring a seamless learning experience across all formats
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing digital learning content of at least 3 years (Having a portfolio or work samples would be a plus)
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills as well as creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
