- Bring launches to market
- Support product and feature launches from planning to go-live: launch plans, messaging, release notes, and in-app announcements
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success so every team is ready on launch day
- Shape messaging and positioning
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits for our key personas (Workplace, Facility Management, IT, HR, and Finance)
- Keep messaging consistent across the website, campaigns, and sales material
- Create sales and customer content
- Build one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and product pages
- Work with Content and Design to turn product stories into assets that convert
- Enable Sales and Customer Success
- Help run product trainings and keep enablement material up to date
- Collect feedback from the field and turn it into better content and messaging
- Understand the market
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs
- Join customer calls and review win/loss insights to find out what really resonates
Curiosity about technology and how products solve real customer problems1–3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS (internships count)Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a strong plusStrong writing skills: you can explain a complex product in simple wordsHigh ownership: you take initiative and follow throughStructured and organized: you keep several projects moving at onceComfortable working with many teams, from Product to SalesBased in or near Berlin, happy to work from our office regularly
