For smaller-scale deliverables (social media videos, photo galleries, quick‑turnaround content), independently perform editing, colour correction, and final delivery. Align with designers and the Brand Director on visual requirements, look and feel, and brand consistency for all self‑produced outputs. Submit all self‑produced deliverables through the applicable review and approval process before publication. Requirements Strong experience in photography and videography in dynamic environments such as industrial, aerospace, or technology settings Hands‑on expertise with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio capture Proven ability to operate FPV drone systems and capture high‑speed aerial footage safely and creatively Solid skills in post‑production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or similar Experience managing digital assets, organizing large volumes of content, and maintaining structured libraries Ability to plan shoots, coordinate with multiple teams, and adapt quickly to changing environments and schedules Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and work on‑site in production and testing environments A sharp eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand identity Who You Are You thrive in fast‑moving environments where no two days look the same and the action never really stops.
