Overview As Purchaser you will execute the day-to-day Procure-to-Pay process to support our aerospace and manufacturing operations. You will convert approved requisitions into purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and compliance with contracts. Working within Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, you will partner with suppliers and resolve routine issues to maintain smooth operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and a clear impact on delivery performance and efficiency. Verantwortungsbereiche Process approved requisitions and MRPs into accurate POs in MS Dynamics Obtain timely PO confirmations and maintain ERP data Monitor order status and expedite deliveries as needed Serve as first point of contact for routine supplier inquiries Resolve basic operational issues (PO/Receipt/Invoice matching, delays, documentation) and escalate complex problems to Procurement Specialist Zentrale Anforderungen 1–3 years in procurement or purchasing, preferably in aerospace/manufacturing Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics essential) Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process, accuracy and timely task completion Ability to follow instructions from Procurement Country lead Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills Fluent English Degree in related field attention to detail clear communication team collaboration MS Dynamics Procurement/P2P processes ERP data management
