Overview In this role you will own RF test setups, measurements, and characterization across development stages to support design validation and field evaluations. You’ll work with prototypes and complex RF systems, turning data into engineering decisions and helping teams resolve performance issues. Destinus is advancing defense technology with cutting-edge UAVs, offering hands-on impact from lab to field deployments. You will collaborate across hardware, software, and RF teams to ensure precise, reliable results that drive system performance. Verantwortungsbereiche Define and develop test setups, procedures, and routines for component, module, and system levels Perform RF measurements and characterization throughout product development Analyze, evaluate, and interpret measurement data Create documentation and test reports Collaborate with RF, hardware, software, and system engineers for validation and troubleshooting Manage calibration, repair, and procurement of measurement equipment with the team Conduct evaluations and performance testing in lab and field environments Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and integration activities Zentrale Anforderungen Strong knowledge of RF measurement techniques and methodologies Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment Solid understanding of RF theory, components, and system architectures Structured, organized work style with task prioritization Ability to document, communicate, and present technical results Practical experience assembling, integrating, and troubleshooting RF systems Experience with test automation using scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or related field preferred collaboration clear communication attention to detail RF measurement techniques RF measurement equipment RF theory and RF system architectures
