Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liBe responsible for establishing, documenting, developing and managing the Quality System and for ensuring that it continues to comply with regulatory requirements and business needs. /li liSupport and guide our Engineering departments in the definition and implementation of efficient processes. /li liOversee design supplier qualification, categorization, and ongoing performance monitoring. /li liMaintain and enhance the quality system, including document control, change management, and compliance monitoring /li liMonitor compliance of internal processes with established industry standards and certification authority requirements (such as EN9100, EASA Part 21J and required military standards). /li liPlan, conduct, and document internal and external audits in line with established processes. /li liTrack and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders and external auditors (e.g., EASA, MoD), and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are met. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3What You'll Need /h3 ul li7+ years in military or civil aviation or aerospace quality and compliance, or other highly quality driven industries such as automotive, energy with hands‑on experience in the aviation industry /li liExperience with supplier quality management. /li liTrack record in leading quality investigations, undertaking root cause analysis, developing corrective action plans, and ensuring the effectiveness of actions undertaken. /li liAudit training/certification or experience setting up ISO 9001, AS9100, AQAP2110 quality systems required. /li liFamiliarity with EASA Part 21 Subpart J and industry certification standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, STANAGs). /li liStrong communication, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are naturally detail obsessed but never lose sight of the bigger picture.
