Die Position ist am Standort Meerbusch angesiedelt und wird im Rahmen eines hybriden Arbeitsmodells ausgeübt, das Büroarbeit und mobiles Arbeiten kombiniert. Reisetätigkeiten sind in geringem Umfang vorgesehen und beziehen sich hauptsächlich auf Geschäftstreffen, Schulungen oder organisatorische Initiativen. Als Customer Care Specialist kombinieren Sie umfassende Expertise im Kundenservice mit einem klaren Fokus auf operative Exzellenz und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Sie unterstützen bei komplexen Kundensituationen, treiben Prozessoptimierungen voran, geben fachliche Unterstützung und wirken an Projekten sowie Unternehmensinitiativen mit. Gleichzeitig bleiben Sie aktiv in die täglichen Customer-Care-Aktivitäten eingebunden.
Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
- Sie agieren als Fachexperte (Subject Matter Expert) für komplexe Kundenanfragen, operative Prozesse und Eskalationen.
- Sie bearbeiten Kundenaufträge, Angebote, Bestellungen sowie Nachverfolgungsaktivitäten und stellen dabei höchste Qualität und Prozesssicherheit sicher.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um komplexe Kunden- und Betriebsanliegen zu lösen.
- Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale, vereinfachen Abläufe und implementieren nachhaltige Lösungen.
- Sie unterstützen Projekte, Systemeinführungen, Unternehmensinitiativen sowie Aktivitäten im Rahmen von User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien, Prozessen und Qualitätsanforderungen sicher.
- Sie analysieren operative Daten und Leistungskennzahlen, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
- Sie unterstützen den Wissenstransfer sowie Onboarding- und Schulungsmaßnahmen innerhalb des Customer-Care-Teams.
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung mit mindestens 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder Associate Degree/Fachausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder Bachelorabschluss mit mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice, Customer Operations, Service Support oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf professionellem Niveau.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Kundensituationen, Eskalationen oder bereichsübergreifenden operativen Prozessen.
- Erfahrung in der Analyse operativer Daten sowie der Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word.
- Bevorzugte Qualifikationen Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kunden im Gesundheitswesen, in der Medizintechnik, den Life Sciences, im Produktionsumfeld oder in anderen regulierten Branchen.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen wie SAP oder Salesforce.
- Kenntnisse weiterer Fremdsprachen wie Italienisch oder Französisch.
