Senior ERP Consultant (m / f / d)

We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in Microsoft products such as Business Central, Navision, or Axapta for our office in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Hofheim am Taunus (Wallau), to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with these platforms and strong consultancy skills. In this role, you will excel in complex analysis, propose innovative solutions, contribute significantly to project content and direction, assign tasks effectively, and manage mid-sized projects successfully.

What you will move with us

• Perform complex solution analysis within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central / MS Dynamics NAV systems.
• Define analysis results and development/test requirements, and assign tasks to team members.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Update the team leader on progress and document updates in Redmine.
• Assist colleagues with development-related tasks when needed.
• Participate in project meetings, including on-site meetings at customer locations if required.
• Conduct on-site visits for analysis, implementation, or post-implementation support as necessary.

What moves us

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system development or implementation, with at least 3 years working with MS products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong teamwork and analytical thinking abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Products (NAV / BC / AX).
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server.
• Valid driver\’s license (Class B).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
