Key responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining reporting solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI to support various departments, managers and customers.
• Develop Microsoft Power Bi and reporting Solutions for managerial purposes
• Creation of meaningful reports and dashboards with a focus on data visualization and storytelling
• Create, debug, and extend reports based on Microsoft SQL Server according to the requirements of different departments, managers and customers.
• Develop internal tools for managing and monitoring data quality, roll-out success, and compliance with rule application, predominantly for the entire group to drive change and improvement.
• Collaborate with other operational managers or group functions to develop and implement KPIs and enable measurement within the group and for operations.
• Develop measurements based on the nature of support tickets to mitigate root causes and issue patterns.
• Monitoring and optimization of the solutions, 2nd Level Support
• Consulting of departments, managers and customers for data driven requirements

Skills, knowledge, andexpertise:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting BI solutions
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding (desirable)
• Strong knowledge and experience with (T)SQL & DAXX Query / Language, Reporting. Data Modelling and Mapping
• Expertise in BI Tools such as Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric
• Desirable expertise with Cargowise One
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, other languages a plus

Skills, knowledge, andexpertise:
