Position Overview

We are looking for a Programme Manager / Business Analyst to be based in Frankfurt with a background in front office technology and business change delivery particularly in the Treasury space to support a substantial CTB (change the bank) book of work. The candidate will initially support the Treasury Markets and Investment (TMI)- Securitisation project. The PM/BA will be responsible for assisting in defining project scope and deliverables which support business goals and ensuring F2B stakeholder collaboration and optimisation.

In this role you will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the project from planning, scope, governance through to testing and implementation and supporting any business analysis activities.

Project Delivery Ensures:

  • Delivery of technical capabilities to be able to structure transactions across product suite contributing to the banks Unfunded Contingent Collateral, RWA relief and adherence to regulatory compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects or workstreams within a larger programme with a focus on supporting the end-to-end delivery of the project within Treasury and relevant ad-hoc requests from planning to execution and closure.
  • Develop and define project governance with key stakeholders, managing all project aspects including but not limited to developing implementation plans, scope, impact analysis, identifying / mitigating risks and escalating issues to drive resolution.
  • Responsible for active stakeholder engagement by ensuring a close collaboration with key stakeholders across DB and by working closely with SMEs (e.g. product specialists) to collect, balance and prioritize business requirements.
  • Refine business requirements with subject matter experts and work collaboratively with IT delivery partners to propose solutions and phasing of deliveries.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Professional experience in project and/or change management in financial industry or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial markets & treasury products and systems.
  • Familiarity and understanding of trading desk technology, trade lifecycle functions, Front Office risk and portfolio management within large institutions.
  • Proven experience and understanding leading a complex project day to day across multiple locations/countries or multiple asset classes (Experience with Issuance products a plus).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with trading, quant, operations, and finance teams to deliver results and the ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge at a variety of levels.
  • Experience working across regions, especially with offshore technology teams.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written), German language skills beneficial.
