In the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure organization,

We build and operate the platforms, services, and tooling that serve as the gateway to cloud for engineering teams across the enterprise. Our mission is to deliver a secure, scalable, and self‑service developer platform that enables teams to build, deploy, and operate applications with speed and confidence. By focusing on developer productivity, developer experience, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities, we empower engineers to spend less time managing infrastructure and more time delivering business value. Through standardized cloud services, platform engineering practices, and seamless access to public and private cloud environments, we accelerate the adoption of cloud technologies at scale.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate cloud‑native platform services and distributed systems using Go/Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Build and enhance platform automation, self‑service workflows, APIs, and developer platform capabilities to streamline software delivery and improve developer productivity.
• Design and implement observability, telemetry, and reliability solutions, leveraging monitoring, logging, tracing, and SRE practices to ensure platform health and performance.
• Drive adoption of modern cloud‑native technologies, Kubernetes patterns, GitOps practices, and software engineering best practices across the organization.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Strong software engineering experience with proficiency in a modern programming language. Professional experience with Golang is preferred
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Public Cloud (preferably GCP),
• Experience with cloud‑native architectures, microservices, APIs, and observability.
• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on quality, automation, and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
